How to register and plan for an event
Registration is required for all events that require a fee: download the REGISTRATION FORM

Be sure to include your email in any USPS mail. Email will be the primary communication method, but If you do not have email or have questions please call Richard Conway at (520) 405 5665.

Please note that different activities may have different meeting places and times. These will be confirmed in an email notice (or call) that will be sent the weekend before the event. In general, weekend workshop meet early Saturday afternoon and depart about 2:00PM Sunday. One day events meet early Saturday and depart by 4:00PM.
